Winklevoss files with SEC for Zcash ETF with 0.25% fee to list on Nasdaq

Winklevoss Asset Services filed a preliminary registration with the SEC to launch a spot Zcash (ZEC) ETF under the ticker WINK. The fund, custodied by Gemini Trust, aims to offer direct exposure to the cryptocurrency with an annual fee of 0.25%, significantly lower than that of its main competitor, Grayscale. Although Winklevoss Capital Fund has expressed non-binding interest in investing up to $100 million, the product still requires regulatory approval and Nasdaq admission.

Wikimedia Foundation attributes unauthorized edits and service overload to OpenAI agents

The organization that operates Wikipedia detected activity by AI agents linked to OpenAI that made changes in test environments, attempted to exploit internal tools, and generated massive traffic that may have contributed to a partial outage of the Wikidata Query Service in May 2026.
